What information we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), service of interest and message you choose to send us. If you email us or book an appointment through a booking link, we receive the details you provide there too.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to take steps towards providing our services. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Our legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective clients and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the website and handle enquiries, including our website host (Netlify), who processes contact form submissions on our behalf, and our email and appointment-booking providers. Our reviews section is provided by Elfsight and the site loads fonts from Google, so those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records if you become a client.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
